Who are we?

We LOVE coconuts. We pretty much live and breathe them. You may have heard of our brand CHI before. We sell cold pressed, raw, organic coconut water, virgin coconut oil, and coconut milks in over 30 countries! So you can say we're pretty much experts in the stuff.

We have built our reputation on offering the highest quality ingredients.  We have helped farmers certify as organic through extensive work in Asian countries.  

A lot of people ask if monkeys are used in collection of our coconuts.  The answer is no. They are lovingly collected by hand. To see a short video we made on our coconut water please click here.

What does Oil Pulling do? How does it work?

Oil pulling has been used for centuries in coconut producing countries as a cosmetic aid. Oil pulling works because it contains Lauric Acid.  Whilst swishing coconut oil for up to 20 minutes, bacteria adheres to the oil and is removed when you spit.  

Clinical Trials (NCBI) have shown that the efficacy of Coconut Oil Pulling may include:

How do I use the sachet?

Using one sachet per day, either warm the sachet between your hands for 30 seconds to enable a more liquid mouth feel, or it  can be used immediately and squeezed straight into your mouth (coconut oil is solid at room temperature) and then since your mouth is a warm place it will melt very quickly. Think of a similar motion to when using mouth wash, but less vigorous as you need to keep up the pace for up to 20 minutes! Ensure you are covering both the front and back of your mouth and teeth and try not to swallow any of the oil as this is what contains the toxins.

Yes! It's not expensive and will be calculated at checkout.

What comes with my order?

There are 14 sachets in each box suitable for a 2 week course.  One sachet per day.

What does it taste like?

A lovely combination of peppermint and a slight taste of coconuts, which will leave your breath minty fresh and clean.

How often should I use it?

Once a day or even twice a day if you feel like it - because our products are completely natural and lacking in any chemicals, peroxides or additives using morning and night is also great too.

Can I use it more than once a day?

Yes, absolutely!  You can pull more than once a day.  Why not try once in the morning and once at night. Why not save with our subscription packages.

When is the best time to use the sachet?

Morning is generally best.  But there is not hard and fast rule. It's also a great idea to try using the sachets whilst you are busy doing something like watching tv, reading or even doing jobs around the home! 

How much does each box cost?

Our prices start at £21.99 for a two week course. Discounts are available the more you buy.

How does this differ to teeth Whitening Kits?

When it comes to teeth whitening kits, they can cost hundreds of pounds plus being full of erosive chemicals which can lead to super sensitive teeth and gum damage. Chi White is Organic and totally natural with no nasty chemicals.

Why aren't my teeth whiter?

Individual results may vary. This will always depend on the amount of stain on your teeth, the length of time you pull for and how rigidly you stick to the course. The longer you pull for the better results you will see.

Yes absolutely. Our ingredients are 100% natural.

What ages is oil pulling suitable for?

Oil pulling is suitable for all ages.

Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@chilondon.com and send your item to: Chi Ventures Ltd, Canalot Studios, Unit 101, 222 Kensal Rd, London GB W10 5BN.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot take liability for items not received.
